Why should I register to use PhilPay?    

PhilPay is ideal for Philippine residents who wish to shop regularly online - for food and drink, gift items, group discount vouchers or bidding packs etc. Rather than keep paying an over the counter fee of Php 25.00 for each purchase, many customers prefer to fund their eWallet once and then make multiple purchases from their eWallet - with no additional fees.

As a PhilPay user, it is also very easy and inexpensive to obtain a Cashsense VISA ATM card for you and your family.

How do I fund my PhilPay eWallet?    

It is easy. When you register with PhilPay, a unique reference number is generated which you will use when you fund your eWallet at any 7-Eleven or MLhuillier. This reference number may be accessed from My Account / Fund my account via pay-in outlet. Just visit the pay-in outlet and provide the following details:

•  Biller: Cashsense
•  Reference No. CXxxxxxx
•  Amount: ( ? )

This reference number should be re-used whenever you wish to re-fund your eWallet; there are no minimum or maximum limits when funding your eWallet.

Once I have funded my PhilPay eWallet, how soon can I go shopping online?    

All Cashsense payment solutions are processed in real time. Funds, therefore, will be credited to your eWallet for immediate use.

Can I also order a Cashsense VISA ATM card for a friend or a relative?    

Yes you can order as many cards as you like subject to the following:

  • Provision of VISA ATM card recipient details at My Account/ Order ATM card
  • Your eWallet is sufficiently funded for each ATM card required
  • You have provided Cashsense a copy of the recipient's ID
  • Only one Cashsense VISA ATM card per person
Because the Cashsense card is only usable when pre-funded, how do I fund it?    

Funds may be transferred to any card associated with your eWallet:

  • From My Account/Withdraw or Transfer Funds/"Registered recipient"
  • Via their own eWallet (which will be generated when you order them a card; logon details will be forwarded to them by email).
My/recipient's details have changed. How may I update Cashsense?

Which online merchants in the Philippines accept Cashsense as a payment option?    

All merchants in the Cashsense Online Shopping Mall accept payments via Cashsense. Customers do not have to access the merchant through the Cashsense Online Shopping Mall as they may visit merchant sites directly.

Where can I use my Cashsense VISA ATM card?    

Your Cashsense VISA ATM card can be used:

  • To withdraw cash in any of the 10,000 ATMs nationwide
  • To withdraw cash in any of the 1M ATMs globally that use the VISAplus network
  • To pay for goods and services at any establishment anywhere that displays the VISA logo
  • To shop online for goods and services at any establishment anywhere that accepts VISA

Cashsense VISA ATM card is not a credit card and must, therefore, be pre-funded before use.

Can I use Cashsense with PayPal?    

Currently, Cashsense is only able to provide fund-in facilities to PayPal accounts. i.e. Pay-in-outlet /eWallet /Cashsense VISA ATM card /PayPal. However, it is expected that Cashsense will be able to provide fund-out facilities in the near future i.e. PayPal/Cashsense VISA ATM card.
